Seating is available throughout the venue. Please contact the Box Office at 601-724-BRAM (2726) for information. The Brandon Amphitheater does not sell tickets over the phone. Tickets may be purchased online at Ticketmaster.com or at the Box Office.
Every person who attends an event at the Brandon Amphitheater must have a valid ticket to gain admission to the facility.
There shall be no consumption of alcohol at the Brandon Amphitheater by minors or as otherwise prohibited by law. IDs are required and may be checked before all alcohol purchases regardless of age. All drinks except unopened water or soda bottles have to be discarded on exit from the amphitheater.
The Brandon Amphitheater is in compliance with the applicable provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Disabled access parking* is located in the parking lot near the Box Office. A parking pass is not required as long as you have a state issued handicap license tag or an ADA hang tag placard visible to the police and the parking attendants. Disabled access seating is available throughout the venue. Please contact the Box Office at 601-724-BRAM (2726) for more information.
*ADA parking is on a first come, first serve basis with appropriate handicap credentials.
No pets are allowed in the Brandon Amphitheater with the exception of seeing-eye dogs or other service animals. Guests requiring the assistance of service animals must show proper credentials.
Community Bank has an ATM located inside the gate near the Merchandise Area.
Blankets are permitted but will need to be searched along with all bags brought in the venue.
The amphitheater Box Office is located at the Brandon Amphitheater – 8190 Rock Way. The Box Office is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and on show days.

Cameras are allowed on an event by event basis subject to the approval of the artist/performer. If cameras are allowed, guests may bring in non-professional (point and shoot) style cameras with no removable lenses.
If an event for which tickets were sold is cancelled or rescheduled, refunds are only available through the original point of purchase.
Information regarding the cancellation or postponement will be transmitted to the local media for distribution and placed on Brandon Amphitheater’s social media sites. The Brandon Amphitheater will not contact individual ticket holders regarding cancellations or postponements.
If an event is cancelled, customers who purchased tickets through Ticketmaster online or over the phone should be refunded automatically within 5-7 business days of event cancellation. Customers who purchased through a Ticketmaster outlet must return to that outlet to receive a refund. Customers who purchased tickets through the amphitheater Box Office must return to the Box Office with their tickets and the original method of payment to receive a refund.
If an event is postponed, tickets purchased for the original date will be honored on the new event date. In most cases, refunds will also be available at the original point of purchase up until the new event date has passed.
*Ticketmaster will refund all fees except UPS and retail pickup.
The Community Bank Club is available to our Box Suite holders, certain Select Seat members and corporate sponsors and offers them a place to relax before, during and after an event. It features an outside patio area with tables, chairs, and umbrellas and inside seating, bar service, special menu items and restrooms.
These are prohibited inside the Brandon Amphitheater.

COVID-19 INFORMATION
-Social distanced seating is only available for events designated accordingly.
-By attending an event, you are acknowledging that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present.
-By attending an event, you and any guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and agree not to hold The City of Brandon, Red Mountain Entertainment, LLC, Live Nation, or any of their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, or volunteers liable for COVID-19 related illness or injury.
For the safety of all guests, staff, and performers, the Brandon Amphitheater enforces a clear bag policy. Please review the following graphic to determine if your belongings adhere to the clear bag policy. Bags that do not meet our policy will need to be left at home or returned to your vehicles for storage.

Shirts and footwear must be worn at all times. Failure to comply with this policy may result in being removed from the amphitheater.
A drop-off/pick-up area is located near the Box Office and main gate. Buses and Limos must use the circular driveway leading to the main gate and exit the area after drop-off. Patrons needing additional information should contact the Box Office at 601-724-BRAM (2726).

Family restrooms are located in each restroom building.
Folding chairs are not permitted inside the Brandon Amphitheater.
Food and beverages are available for purchase throughout the facility. Cash or card will be accepted. Outside food and beverages are NOT allowed.
Gates generally open 90 minutes prior the event beginning, but this is subject to change on an event by event basis.
Guest Services is located in the Box Office building near the main gate.
Events at the Brandon Amphitheater are held rain or shine. During the spring and summer months it is not unusual for storms to come through in the afternoon and clear up for the evening. We encourage guests to please monitor the weather and dress accordingly.
If there are any weather related updates, Brandon Amphitheater will make those announcements on their social sites and LED walls on the day of the show.
For your safety and the safety of others, guests and their possessions may be subject to inspection as condition of admittance. Guests should have their clear bags open and available for inspection upon entering the Amphitheater.
Patrons showing signs of intoxication may be denied admittance to the Brandon Amphitheater or removed from the venue.
The Brandon Amphitheater provides “lost and found” services at the Guest Services window at the Box Office. The City of Brandon nor the Brandon Amphitheater are not responsible for items lost, misplaced, or stolen at the Brandon Amphitheater. Items will remain in lost and found for thirty days; call the Box Office to recover lost items.
Please seek the assistance of venue personnel if your child is lost during an event. If you encounter a lost child, please escort the child to Guest Services at the Box Office.
The Brandon Amphitheater is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Please contact the original point of purchase for details. If you purchased your tickets from Ticketmaster, you may call 1-800-745-3000, if they were purchased through the Brandon Amphitheater you may call the Box Office 601-724-BRAM (2726).
All media personnel should arrange ahead of time for access and should have appropriate credentials. For more information, please contact us.
All guests are required to leave the Brandon Amphitheater within 30 minutes after the event has ended.
Poster tubes are a permitted item at the Brandon Amphitheater but is subject to search upon entry to the venue.
Private vending including the selling of tickets is prohibited within the parking lots and grounds of the Brandon Amphitheater.
The following items are prohibited:
- Aerosol cans
- Bags that do not meet the Brandon Amphitheater Clear Bag Policy
- Cameras or video cameras with removable lenses and flashes
- Umbrellas
- Coolers
- Outside food or beverages or Alcohol
- Chairs (folding or otherwise)
- Gifts for the artist/performer
- Laser pens/pointers, fireworks, flash lights
- Noise making devices or musical instruments
- Backpacks, strollers, or seat cushions
- Masks, chains or studded clothing
- Poles or sticks or selfie sticks
- Skateboards or inline skates, scooters, bicycles, or hover boards
- Balls, Frisbees or balloons
- Weapons, firearms, pepper spray, knives, pocket knives or mace
These items will have to be returned to your car or thrown away at the front gate.
Large purses are not permitted inside the Brandon Amphitheater. Small clutches and wallets that adhere to the Clear Bag Policy are allowed.
Re-entry is generally prohibited. Guests who need to leave and re-enter should contact a Guest Services representative for assistance, and exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis as determined by the Brandon Amphitheater Management.
Event tickets purchased from a source other than the Brandon Amphitheater Box Office or Ticketmaster may not be honored for admission. The City of Brandon nor the Brandon Amphitheater are not responsible for counterfeit tickets.
The Brandon Amphitheater has restrooms located on both sides of the stage and offer accessible and family facilities.
The Rankin County Multipurpose Building offers 30 and 50-amp connections. Availability can be checked by emailing pavilion@rankincounty.org
All persons entering the Brandon Amphitheater will pass through a metal detector and have their clear bag searched to ensure the safety of all guests.
We do not offer season tickets; however, the Preferred Seating Program is available.
The Brandon Amphitheater is a handicap accessible venue. For accessibility options, please contact the Box Office at 601-724-BRAM (2726).
Smoking is only allowed at designated areas. We request that all guests respect this policy and refrain from use of all tobacco products, including but not limited to smoking and chewing tobacco anywhere other than the designated area. Violation of this policy may result in expulsion from the facility.
Smoking is only allowed in designated areas – smoking in other areas could lead the patron to being asked to leave the venue.
Strollers are not permitted at the Brandon Amphitheater.
We encourage all guests to purchase tickets through Ticketmaster and their authorized retailers or directly from the Brandon Amphitheater Box Office to avoid problems with counterfeit, stolen, void or invalid tickets. Anyone entering the Brandon Amphitheater is required to have a ticket.
* Every person regardless of age must have a ticket for this show.
Umbrellas are expressly prohibited at the Brandon Amphitheater. All events are rain or shine. Guests are encouraged to bring parkas or rain jackets if there is rain possible.
All events at The Brandon Amphitheater are rain or shine, however, severe weather with lightening and high winds is very dangerous and could cause delays. Should inclement weather be in the area of the Brandon Amphitheater, we will always use the venue’s social media to communicate information in a timely fashion. The safety of the fans coming to the Brandon Amphitheater is our number one priority.
We can assist with patrons who have special needs. They should alert a staff member upon arrival at the front gate or call in advance.
Will Call can usually be picked up during box office hours or on the day of show. Photo ID must be shown when picking up Will Call. The name on the ID must match Will Call name.

In the Community Bank Club guests enjoy complimentary hors d’oeuvres, private cash bar, private restrooms. Patrons will get to enjoy pre-concert entertainment in the Community Bank Club courtyard, including live music and more.
